I have been unable to log in to my BGMI account, which is linked to Facebook, for approximately the last six months. I am trying to access the game from Begusarai, Bihar, India, but every attempt to log in through my Facebook account fails and I cannot access my game profile. During this period I have already contacted support about this problem, but the issue is still not resolved. I am unable to use my existing account and this has caused me to lose access to my in‑game progress and usage of the account. I kindly request that my BGMI account linked to Facebook be checked and that my account be properly relinked so that I can log in again and continue using my existing profile without losing my data.
