I have been playing BGMI on my Vivo X300 FE device with the in‑game name “Mr๛KhådØØs” and character ID 5423318564. On 21/09/2026, when I tried to log in, I saw a notice that my account was banned until 18/09/2036 for violating the rules. The night before, I had only installed the small 3 MB update, and after that I did not use any hacks, cheats, third‑party applications or modifications, nor did I share my account with anyone. I have always tried to play fairly and follow the game’s guidelines. I contacted BGMI/Krafton support, but I keep receiving the same standard reply that I did not follow the guidelines and engaged in violence, without any clear explanation of what exactly I did wrong or when it happened. This situation is very upsetting for me because this account represents my long‑term effort and time in the game. I kindly request that my account with ID 5423318564 be reviewed in detail, and that I be given a clear and specific explanation of the reason for this 10‑year ban. If no concrete evidence of a rule violation is found on my side, I ask that the ban be removed immediately and my BGMI account be unbanned.
