Unban My BGMI Account Banned For VPN Third Party App Error

I am writing regarding the permanent ban placed on my BGMI account, which I believe is a mistake and should be reviewed. My BGMI account ID is 55649362570 and my in‑game nickname is VxTHAKUR. I play on an Android device. According to the in‑game notice, my account is banned for violating regulations, with an end time shown as 2036/08/14 17:33:05. The reason indicated is unusual activity/third‑party app activity, but I strongly disagree with this. I have never used any cheats, hacks, scripts, modified game files or any unfair tools in BGMI. On 14 August 2026 I temporarily used a VPN only because of a network problem, so that I could maintain a stable connection and continue playing. Apart from this temporary VPN usage, I have not used any third‑party software that affects gameplay or violates BGMI’s rules. My account was first shown as banned on 14 August 2026, yet I was still able to play the game normally on 17 August 2026. I finally lost full access to my account on 18 August 2026, and since then I cannot log in and play on this account. This situation is very upsetting for me, as I have invested a lot of time and effort into this account. I already contacted Krafton/BGMI Support through the official channels about this ban, but I have not received any response yet. Because of this, I am requesting a detailed manual review of my account, my gameplay logs and any device or connection logs associated with my ID 55649362570 and email address visha6***@gmail.com. I kindly ask you to re‑examine this ban decision in detail and lift the ban on my account if no actual cheating or harmful third‑party tools are found.
