BGMI Account Ban Manual Review Request
Hello BGMI Support Team, I am writing regarding an issue with my BGMI account on Android. My Player ID is 55644002484. On 21-09-2026 my account was banned, and I believe this ban was applied incorrectly. According to the ban notice shown in the game, my account is restricted until 18-09-2036 under a “Notice” window, where the message states that my account violated the rules and provides “Appeal” and “Details” buttons. I have this official Notice / Appeal / Details screen as visual evidence of the current restriction. I have never used any third‑party application, cheat, script or unauthorized tool. I always played the game normally and tried to follow the rules. In my last few matches before the ban, I was playing as usual. During this time I did encounter an in‑game glitch, but I did not attempt to exploit it or gain any unfair advantage. Shortly after this, my account was banned, so I suspect that the ban may have been triggered by this glitch or by an automated detection system rather than by any real rule violation. I have already contacted BGMI in‑game support about this situation. They informed me that they would review my account again to determine the cause of the ban, but my account is still banned. Because of this, I am requesting a detailed manual review and verification of my account, including my recent match history and security logs, to clearly identify what triggered this long‑term restriction. If your investigation confirms that I did not intentionally violate the rules, I kindly ask that the ban on my account be lifted and that my access be restored. I respect BGMI’s rules and will continue to avoid any actions that could risk violating them in the future. Thank you for your time and for reviewing my case.
