Battlegrounds Mobile India Account Review Appeal

I am writing to request a review and unban of my BGMI account, which has been banned without any clear explanation given to me in email or in‑game messages. I play BGMI on an Android device and my account details are as follows: in‑game name R1-ROLEX and UID 5144799457. When I try to log in, I see a notice on the screen stating that my account has violated the rules and is banned until 26/11/2035. I do not know which specific rule was allegedly violated, and I have not knowingly used any third‑party tools, cheats, or engaged in any unfair activity. I have always tried to follow the rules and policies of the game. I have already sent multiple emails to support regarding this issue but have not received any solution so far. As a regular player who enjoys BGMI and respects fair play, this long-term ban is very upsetting, especially because I have not been given clear information or a chance to clarify my side. I kindly request your team to thoroughly recheck my account, review all related logs and activity, and reconsider the ban decision. If any unusual activity is found, I request you to give me a fair chance to explain or correct it. If the ban was placed by mistake or due to a misunderstanding, I sincerely ask that you lift the ban so that I can continue playing BGMI on my account.
