Deposit Still Not Credited My Account

On 31/03/2026 I requested a withdrawal of 60,000 from the Battery betting application to my DBS Bank account. Although the application shows the status of this withdrawal as “successful”, the amount has still not been credited to my bank account. Following this, I contacted the Battery live chat and support team many times and shared all the necessary proof from my side, including my bank statements and an official bank letter clearly stating that no such amount has been received. Despite this, the administration team keep insisting that the payment was successful, but they do not provide any proof of the bank transfer or any payment receipt, even when specifically requested. Their last clear response was that the administration cannot give proof of the payment receipt. I am extremely disappointed with this situation and with the way the administration and live chat teams are handling the matter. I have clearly proved that the money has not reached my DBS Bank account, yet they are neither providing any concrete evidence from their side nor resolving the issue. I request that my 60,000 withdrawal be immediately and correctly credited to my DBS Bank account, or that I be provided with clear and official proof of the transfer, including the payment receipt and full transaction details, so that I can follow up with my bank if needed. I also expect a proper investigation into this failed withdrawal and a clear written explanation of the result of that investigation.
