I attempted to deposit 500 into my BateryBet account on 29 May at around 11:12 PM using the QR code payment option. I paid the amount from my SBI Bank account via Google Pay. After completing the payment, when I returned to the BateryBet website, the page unexpectedly refreshed, which had never happened to me before. Because of this refresh, I could not enter the transaction ID and the amount was not credited to my BateryBet balance, even though the money was successfully deducted from my bank. The Google Pay / bank transaction reference for this payment is 614935015457. I have already contacted BateryBet customer support regarding this issue, but I have not received any response so far. I request that the 500 I deposited on 29 May at 11:12 PM via SBI Bank and Google Pay with reference number 614935015457 be manually verified and credited to my BateryBet account balance as soon as possible.
