Toyota Corolla Door Handle Breaks During Normal Use at 30K Kilometers

I am experiencing a serious quality issue with my 2023 Toyota Corolla. Today, while opening the door under normal use, the interior door handle suddenly broke and came off in my hand without any force. For a vehicle with approximately 30,000 kilometers that is still relatively new, the fact that such a simple yet critical component can break this way suggests a manufacturing or material defect.
This situation is unacceptable both in terms of user safety and brand quality. Experiencing such a problem with a brand known for its reliability like Toyota has been extremely disappointing. When I contacted the authorized service center, I was given an unclear response suggesting that this issue might not be covered under warranty, and no satisfactory explanation was provided.
I request that this issue be thoroughly investigated, including whether the door handle failure is due to a manufacturing or material defect, and that my complaint be resolved under warranty. I also expect proper quality checks to be conducted to prevent similar issues and that I be provided with a clear and written explanation.
