I bought a Barbie doll for my child, and within a year, the hair became tangled and frizzy, unlike any of the other Barbie dolls we own, which have maintained their quality. This particular doll’s hair has become unmanageable and looks very worn out, which has really upset my child since she enjoyed playing with it. We chose Barbie because of its reputation for quality, but this experience has been disappointing. Considering the price and the brand’s promise of durability, I did not expect the hair to degrade so quickly. It’s unfortunate that this specific Barbie didn’t meet our expectations, while all the others have been perfectly fine.
