Bought a Barbie Doll with Uneven Hair Lengths Right Out of the Box

I recently purchased a Barbie doll, and I was shocked to find the hair in terrible condition right out of the box. One side of the hair was noticeably shorter than the other, making the doll look defective. At first, I thought it was a misunderstanding or a minor mistake, but upon further inspection, it became clear that this was a manufacturing issue. I feel like I wasted my money on a product that didn’t meet the quality I expected from Mattel. I’m disappointed with this purchase and would like the company to take responsibility and address this issue. It's frustrating to spend ₺ on a product and receive something of such poor quality.
