Has Anyone Successfully Gotten a Refund from Banggood?

Hi everyone, has anyone managed to get their money back from Banggood? They recently contacted me, claiming the site had been updated and sent me a new link. When I logged in, I saw that the amount I deposited was still there, but when I tried to withdraw it, they claimed I hadn't made any withdrawals. Customer service keeps telling me that I can still deposit money and withdraw what’s in my account, but I haven't been able to get my funds out. Has anyone successfully withdrawn their money from Banggood?
