Unfair Stop-Outs, Platform Issues, and Unauthorized Trades on Bal FX

I have been investing with Bal FX for the past two years and have encountered several serious issues:

I had a balance of $1,667 and was trading gold. They applied a $4.5 spread on around 40 simultaneous trades, causing my stop-outs. They claimed they filed a report with the liquidity provider, but it's been over two months, and I still haven't received a response.

I deposited an additional $1,490, bringing my total to $10,900. My investment advisor told me that 1,027 trades were being held in a pool. I was misled into paying around $1,460, and they made me lose the rest of my funds by delaying and confusing me.

Later, I opened a buy position, but it went the wrong way. I needed to close it, but MetaTrader 5 froze. The price dropped about $10, increasing my losses. When MetaTrader 5 finally reconnected, it opened around 10 new trades of 1.5 lots each without my consent.

I am filing a complaint as I have been severely impacted by these issues and feel mistreated.
