Please Reactivate My Badoo Account
I created a new Badoo account with the username Alicia using the phone number +237675167*** in Buea, Cameroon. Less than 24 hours after creating the account, I discovered on the morning of 21 February that my account had been blocked without any explanation. Since 20 February I have been trying to recover my account, but I have not been successful. To the best of my knowledge I did not violate any of Badoo’s guidelines, and I had already started exchanging messages there with friends I know, which I can no longer access because of the block. I tried to reach Badoo support but I did not receive any response, and even after uninstalling and reinstalling the application my account remains blocked. I request that my account be reactivated, that all my previous messages and conversations be fully restored, and that I receive a clear explanation of the specific reason why it was blocked.
