Badoo Account Blocked Without Reason, No Response From Support

I had a personal account on the badoo social platform, and my account was blocked about four months ago without any prior warning or explanation. I did not receive any message or email stating the reason for this action, and I still do not know what violation, if any, was committed. After the account was blocked, I contacted Baado support to resolve the issue, but despite my attempts, nothing changed and my account remains blocked without any clear justification or response that explains the situation. I respectfully request that my Baado account be reactivated as soon as possible or that I be given a clear and detailed explanation of the reason for blocking it, and the steps I can follow to recover my account if any correction is required.
