My Badoo account with the username “Vukile” was blocked approximately last Monday. When I opened the app, I received a message stating that my account had been blocked, and after checking the details, I saw that the reason given was “sexual harassment.” I carefully reviewed Badoo’s definitions and explanations of what constitutes sexual harassment, and none of my behavior or messages on the app match those descriptions. I strongly believe that this block was applied in error and that I did not violate the rules in the way claimed. I contacted Badoo support through the available channel, but I did not receive any response, and I no longer see any option in the app to question or appeal this decision. I am requesting that Badoo review my account and the blocking decision, and that my account be reinstated if no clear rule violation can be demonstrated. I ask that this situation be properly investigated and that I be informed of the outcome.
