Hello, my Badoo account has been unfairly blocked, and now I can’t log in at all. On top of that, my email address is no longer recognized by the system, making it impossible to recover or access my profile. I’ve tried using the support form, but it doesn’t work, and attempts to contact [email protected] have failed—my emails bounce back.
I’m completely stuck, and there’s no way for me to communicate with your support team. Since I’m unable to resolve the issue or even speak to a real representative, I now demand that my account be permanently deleted from your system.
Badoo, this experience has been frustrating and unprofessional. Please have someone from your team contact me directly and confirm the deletion of my account. Respect users' rights to manage their data and access proper support.
