My Badoo account is registered with the email address [email protected] and my name is İbrahim Tunçel. I am using my account from France. I have experienced similar issues about two or three times before, and on previous occasions, my account was reopened. However, it is currently blocked again, and when I try to log in to the app or website, I receive a message saying 'Your account has been blocked, login is not possible.' I have not received any reason or warning message regarding why my account was blocked.
Regarding this issue, I have both sent an email to Badoo customer service and tried through the app, but I have not received any response in any way. There is also no paid membership or payment on my account.
I request that my account be reopened and that the reason for the block be communicated to me. I kindly ask for your urgent assistance with this matter.
