Missed Azal Airlines Flight to Baku Due to Incorrect Gate Information and Delays at Sabiha Gökçen

Despite having a ticket for the Azal Airlines flight to Baku, we were unable to board due to incorrect gate information and delays at Sabiha Gökçen Airport. The flight was already showing a delay, but the gate displayed on the boards was incorrect, causing further confusion. On top of this, the passport control officers deliberately delayed us until the gate closed, making it impossible for us to board the plane.
This situation has caused us significant inconvenience and frustration, and we feel unfairly treated. We are left stranded despite having all the necessary documents and being at the airport on time. I am requesting immediate assistance to resolve this issue, whether it be through a rebooking or compensation, as we have been greatly inconvenienced by these errors and delays.
