Financial Fraud Of Azerbaijan Airlines Headquarter

On 12 January 2026, my family and I, a total of six passengers, were denied boarding on our Azerbaijan Airlines flight from Islamabad Airport to Baku Airport, despite holding confirmed tickets under the booking references XOYZJZ (771 2438981891), XOX9NS (771 2438981890), XOYZJZ (771 2438981894), XOWMGU (771 2438981895), XOYZJZ (771 2438981892) and XOYZJZ (771 2438981893). We consider this situation extremely unfair and distressing, especially given what has happened afterwards with our refund. After this incident, we contacted Azerbaijan Airlines customer service and the head office several times. In their official email correspondence, they clearly admitted and confirmed that we were entitled to a full refund, and they assured us more than once that the full amount would be refunded. The total amount we paid for these six passengers is 3,672.60 USD. However, despite these written assurances, Azerbaijan Airlines is now refusing to return the full amount and is only offering 759 USD for all six passengers. This is completely inconsistent with their previous written commitments. In addition, for the last seven days, the airline has stopped responding to our emails and requests, which makes the experience even more frustrating. Initially, we wanted to reschedule our flight tickets, but the airline refused this option, citing their rules and regulations. Since they themselves confirmed by official email that we could receive a full refund, and then failed to honor this promise, we feel we are not only entitled to a full refund but also deserving of compensation for the denial of boarding and the financial and emotional stress caused. I therefore request that Azerbaijan Airlines immediately process and pay the full refund of 3,672.60 USD for all six passengers, as previously confirmed in writing, and also consider appropriate compensation for the denial of boarding and the inconvenience we have suffered.
