My Azal Airlines Ticket Refund Delayed
Hello there, I bought a ticket for the Baku-Tbilisi flight on November 1st at 19:06 Turkish time. Afterward, I decided to cancel the ticket following a conversation with a customer service agent. They confirmed via email that a refund of 176.5 manats would be processed and credited to my card within 33 business days. It's been 33 business days, but the refund still hasn't shown up on my card. So, I called my bank and they said no refund had been processed and it wasn't showing up in the system. They even gave me a code to check if the refund had been processed, but they confirmed that no refund had been issued. Azerbaijan Airlines won't give me back my money, which is really frustrating. Azerbaijan Airlines is unfortunate.
