Mytrip Refund Still “In Process” After Two Months
I purchased a flight ticket through Mytrip for the Tehran–Baku flight dated February 2, 2026, with order number 1116-553-480, paying $89. The operating airline, Azerbaijan Airlines, canceled this flight.
After the cancellation, I first wanted to change the ticket to a different date, but since that was not possible, I had to fully cancel the ticket on February 5. During the cancellation process, I was told that the refund would be processed within approximately two weeks.
As of today, nearly two months have passed, and my $89 ticket has still not been refunded to my account. I am tired of constantly being told that the process is “ongoing” while being made to wait, and this situation is causing inconvenience.
I request that Mytrip refund the full $89 ticket amount for this canceled flight to me as soon as possible, without any deductions.
Although I was told that I would receive the $89 refund for the ticket I canceled within two weeks, I still have not received it, and I have not received any response from Mytrip. This situation has been very frustrating for me.
