Unauthorized Charge by AVG Despite Canceling 60-Day Free Trial

I signed up for a 60-day free trial with AVG two months ago. When I decided I didn’t want to continue, I uninstalled it, and a message appeared saying my subscription would be automatically canceled. However, on September 2, 2024, ₺259.99 was deducted from my Papara card by DRI*AVG Technologies, even though I canceled a month ago.

I need assistance in getting a refund for this unauthorized charge, as I followed the cancellation steps provided. AVG, please address this issue and ensure the refund is processed promptly.
