Avakin Life Banned My Account Unfairly After Avatar Error and Support Requests
I am an Avakin Life player, and my account recently encountered a strange error. While sending a gift in the game, I repeatedly clicked the share button quickly, which caused my female avatar to wear male clothes. As a result, I can no longer access my account, and due to repeatedly contacting Avakin Support, my account has been banned for phishing. I believe this is an unfair ban since I was only trying to resolve the issue with my avatar. I want this issue to be resolved. Despite reaching out to Avakin Support, I have not received any response. I don’t want all my efforts and spending to go to waste. I was at level 27 with 81k in-game currency. Please help me.
