I Got Refunded Instead of a Replacement for Wrong Sunglasses From Atasun Optik

I contacted Atasun Optik that sent the wrong product and requested a replacement, along with submitting a return request. They told me the issue had been noted and was being processed, but instead, they issued a direct refund. Now the product I originally wanted is out of stock. I've been waiting for over two weeks—first for the delivery, then dealing with the wrong item, and finally trying to get the correct one—yet despite all my efforts, I couldn’t receive the sunglasses I wanted due to the store’s mistake. This entire experience has caused me significant inconvenience, and no real effort was made to offer a proper solution.
