Asknebula.com Charges Unauthorized $67 Recurring Fee After $1 Soulmate Drawing Purchase
On July 23, I purchased the $1 "draw your soulmate" service from the platform named Nebula via Asknebula.com, believing it to be a one-time charge. However, I later discovered that recurring payments were being withdrawn from my account without my permission or consent.
Following the initial charge on July 23, a second charge of $67 was withdrawn from my bank account on August 6. I never consented to any subscription, recurring billing, or add-on package, nor was I provided with clear and explicit information regarding this.
I do not accept these funds being withdrawn without my knowledge or consent. I demand that Nebula immediately process a full refund of the $67 withdrawn from my account on August 6. Furthermore, I insist that any subscriptions initiated without my consent be canceled immediately.
