Asknebula Charges Unauthorized $65 Fee on Virtual Credit Card

I noticed a lump-sum charge of $65 made from my virtual card via the platform Asknebula without my knowledge or consent. I do not have any membership with Asknebula, nor have I approved any subscription or transaction for this amount.

After discovering this unauthorized charge, I tried to contact Asknebula, but I could not find any contact information on their website, in-app support, via email, or through any other official channel. As a result, I was unable to report the issue to them directly.

I demand a full refund of the $65 taken from my card through this unauthorized transaction by Asknebula. Furthermore, I request an investigation into the use of my card details without my explicit consent and demand that necessary precautions be taken to prevent such unauthorized withdrawals from happening again.
