I Face Tearing Issue on Asics Trail Scout 3 Shoes Despite Light Use

On June 14, 2025, I purchased a pair of Asics Trail Scout 3 black outdoor shoes from the Marlin Spor Asics store located in StarCity Outlet Mall. I used the shoes only once or twice a week in Istanbul city, strictly for daily wear, not for sports or outdoor activities. However, after a short period, the mesh and stitching on the left shoe began to tear apart.
On September 28, 2025, I returned the product to the store and explained the issue. On October 5, 2025, I received a message with the inspection result stating that the defect was not caused by production but was considered user-related damage. Although the product is under a 2-year warranty, I completely disagree with this assessment. The shoes were used under very light conditions, and there was no excessive strain or misuse involved.
My inspection number is 1-2804. The store showed no understanding or support, and I am now requesting a full refund for the defective product. I will also attach photos of the damaged shoe as evidence. I expect the brand and store to take responsibility for the product and resolve my complaint promptly.
