My Asics Magic Speed 3 Running Shoes Tore in 2 Months

I purchased a pair of Asics Magic Speed 3 running shoes on March 29. When I bought them, I specifically asked about the warranty coverage and was told that the shoes would be covered for issues like tearing or separation. I trusted this assurance and made the purchase.
However, after just two and a half months of use—wearing them three times a week only for running at a normal pace—both shoes developed tears near the big toe area. A pair of shoes with a 2-year warranty shouldn’t tear within 2 months, let alone show signs of wear like this. Is this the quality you claim to offer? I’m sure even a pair of shoes from a local market would be more durable.
I returned the shoes to the store where I bought them and submitted them for inspection. After a week, I was told that the issue was deemed "user-caused." Of course, they would say that—it’s easier to blame the customer than admit a fault in their product.
It’s clear that a company so afraid of standing by its products doesn’t care about customer satisfaction.
