Hello. I purchased the Asics 51893 BRBK shoes from the Kurtköy Viaport Marlin store, and shortly after using them, the front of the shoes started to split open. I used them with care—no rough use, no playing sports, no kicking anything—just regular daily wear.
When I noticed the damage, I contacted the store and sent the shoes in for inspection. But instead of a solution, I received a printed statement claiming the issue was due to “consumer misuse.” That’s completely unfair and inaccurate. I treated these shoes responsibly, and there’s no excuse for them to fall apart so quickly.
What’s more frustrating is that my issue remains unresolved. No one from the store or brand has reached out to offer a refund, exchange, or even a proper explanation.
Asics, I trusted your brand and expected a product that reflects the price I paid. This kind of quality issue and customer treatment is unacceptable. I’m asking for a full refund or replacement immediately. Don’t leave your customers stuck with faulty shoes and no accountability.
