



In May 2024, I purchased the Asics Solution Speed FF2 Clay tennis shoes from Raketci.com. By June, the left shoe started splitting on the outer side. I reported the issue to Asics Türkiye, provided photos as requested, and was told in July that there was no manufacturing defect.
In November, the right shoe began showing similar splitting in multiple areas. I submitted another request with updated photos, only to receive the same response: "No manufacturing defect."
From my experience and other customer reviews, it seems Asics Türkiye consistently denies responsibility for product issues. The lack of support forces customers to continue using damaged shoes, undermining trust in the brand. I demand a resolution for my defective shoes immediately.
