I purchased Asics shoes with invoice number MR02024000069626, and after just 5 months of use, the sides have started to tear, as shown in the attached images. I’ve worn other sports shoes for years without issues, but a brand like Asics having such defects in such a short time is disappointing. I sent the shoes back for inspection, but my request was denied, which has seriously damaged my trust in the brand.
I also bought a pair for my spouse, and the front of those shoes also tore. Her request for an exchange was also rejected. We urgently request Asics to either refund or replace these defective products. This level of quality and service is unacceptable.
