Asics Shoes’ Mesh Tore Despite Minimal Use – Denied Warranty Claim

Asics Shoes’ Mesh Tore Despite Minimal Use – Denied Warranty Claim
65

I bought my Asics shoes in November, and despite wearing them only occasionally, the mesh on the right shoe’s upper section started to tear. I sent the shoes back for inspection under warranty, but Asics returned them, claiming it was due to “user error.” The tear is clearly along the tip of the shoe, and if it were from an impact, the damage would look different. I can’t understand how they concluded this was my fault. Asics isn’t standing behind their products, and I’m frustrated that even after careful use, they won’t take responsibility for a clear defect.
