Asics Running Shoe Sole Separates After 8 Months, Warranty Claim Denied


On April 9, 2025, I purchased a pair of Asics athletic shoes (FTW stock code 1072A107-100) from the Sportif store at Antalya Erasta Mall. After approximately eight months of use, the sole on the right shoe began to separate. As soon as I noticed the issue, I completely stopped using the product.
I submitted the shoes for inspection through support form number 1-30963 and returned them to the store. Following the review, I was informed that the issue was not caused by a manufacturing defect and that the brand would not accept any responsibility after the sale. With this response, I realized that the product warranty effectively has no real meaning.
For this product, invoice number SPO2025000085272, I do not believe there was any user error and instead believe the issue is manufacturing-related. Therefore, I am requesting that Asics and the Sportif store at Antalya Erasta Mall replace the shoes free of charge with a brand-new pair.
