ASICS Shoe Seam Opened in Same Spot on Both Shoes





About six months ago, I bought an ASICS athletic shoe from the Intersport store at Bursa Downtown. The product deformed in a short time, and both shoes split open in the exact same spot. Even though I only used the shoes under normal daily wear, having this kind of problem so quickly has been extremely disappointing.
I paid around $114 for the shoes, and after the problems started, I requested an exchange twice. Both times, the product was sent back to me labeled “user error,” without any explanation. I couldn’t get a detailed, satisfactory description from either the store or the inspection process about what the actual issue was.
Because the shoes split open in the same place on both sides within a short time, I believe this is a manufacturing defect. I request a free replacement, or if possible, a full refund. I also ask that the inspection be done properly this time, with a detailed explanation, and that my situation be resolved.
