ASICS Gel-Nimbus 27 Kids Shoes Develop Odor and Sole Paint Issues
About 3–4 months ago, we purchased a pair of ASICS Gel-Nimbus 27 Luxe shoes for my child, paying a significant amount. Since both my spouse and I have used many products from this brand and were satisfied, we chose it with confidence for our child as well. However, the paint on the sole has started to peel, and the shoes have developed an unusually strong odor—even though my child does not wear the same shoes every day.
We sent the product to an ASICS store for inspection, but our request was denied. Experiencing such issues in such a short time with a product we paid a high price for, and then receiving a negative response from the inspection, was very disappointing.
I request that ASICS replace this defective product we purchased for my child with a new one. I expect this issue to be resolved in a way that reflects the brand’s quality and commitment to customer satisfaction.
