ASICS Gel-1130 Shoes Tear at Heel Within 3 Months of Light Use

On December 21, 2025, I purchased a pair of ASICS Gel-1130 Clay Grey sneakers from the Sneak Up store in Aydın. In less than three months, the inner back heel area of the shoe developed a tear. Moreover, I only wore the shoes at most once or twice a week—I did not use them heavily, as I have other ASICS shoes that I wear more often.
When the issue appeared, I took the shoes to the store along with the original box and explained the situation. Even though I had the payment slip/receipt from the card transaction, I was told that the product would not even be accepted for inspection because I did not have the printed receipt. Despite being able to prove that the product was purchased from the store, the refusal to assist me solely due to the missing receipt was very disappointing.
The fact that the inner heel area tore in such a short time and with such limited use suggests a manufacturing or material defect. I request that the product be accepted for inspection with my proof of payment and original box, and that after the necessary evaluation, my shoes be replaced with a new pair.
