ASAP Tickets' Invalid Booking Fiasco

I booked a family vacation through ASAP Tickets the other month because I thought I was getting a good deal. talked to an agent named V******, who told me with confidence that she had put together the best package for my two teenage children and me. When we got to the airport, though, we were upset to find that our tickets were deemed invalid, which meant we couldn't get on our flight as planned, for the money we paid, ASAP Tickets not only didn't do what they said they would do, they also caused big trouble in terms of other arrangements like hotels and more. At the moment, they won't give a full refund because their policy isn't clear. This is a totally unacceptable situation! We put our trust in ASAP Tickets to keep my family safe, but they let us down big time. I am determined to make more people aware of how dishonest ASAP Tickets is and how little they care about their customers.
