I recently opened an 8kg pack of Ariel detergent for colors, and to my surprise, it had clumped up, even though I stored it in a dry and cool place. This affects its cleaning ability, and I’m unable to use it effectively. I’ve always used Ariel, and this is the first time I’ve had this issue.
