Hello, I bought a washing machine from Altus, a company owned by Arçelik, seven months ago, and I really regret it. The employees have been rude and the service I've gotten has been terrible. People who I've tried to talk to about my problem have been rude and useless. I feel let down by a brand I thought I could trust because of how stressful it has been. I can't believe how badly customers are treated, and I would never suggest this brand to anyone. I feel bad about what I bought because of them, and I hope other people don't have the same bad experience I did.
