Arçelik 11140MX Washing Machine Spinning Issue
On 06/08/2025, my Arçelik 11140MX 11KG washing machine was installed. After installation, I used it for a total of 4–5 washes in different programs, but in none of them did the machine complete the spin cycle, leaving all the clothes wet. I requested service the same day. On 08/08/2025, the technician told me I could not wash t-shirts and sweatshirts together and suggested returning the product if I was not satisfied. Despite insisting on the same technician, I was repeatedly assigned to them. I created two more service requests, but both were canceled over the phone. For about a week, I have contacted customer service 15 times without a clear solution, always being redirected to the same service. My product is under warranty, invoice number fta2025000005397. The same issue occurs in every program, and I am completely dissatisfied. I request a refund for my product.
My washing machine is not spinning, but the company does not accept this.

14-08-2025 The service is supposed to come and pick up the product from home, but we have been waiting for the service for 3 days. They cannot contact the Arçelik service. When we ask why the service is not coming, they say they couldn't reach them by phone and sent an email. We have been waiting at home since 10 in the morning.
Today, the service did not come again. They said they would come tomorrow afternoon. They told us to wait at home again, just like today. Let's see if they will come tomorrow. I haven't been able to use the washing machine for 10 days.
Today at 18:50, the service collected the machine for return. The money was deposited into our account. We thank customer service and the service team.
