Aras Kargo Didn’t Allow Package Inspection and the Store Ignored My Messages

I purchased some clothing from an Instagram shop, and the delivery was handled by Aras Kargo. The courier rushed the delivery, not giving me a chance to inspect it thoroughly. When I opened the package, I discovered that the items were not what I ordered. I contacted the store, but my messages were marked as “seen” without any replies, and my calls went unanswered as well. I didn't get any support from them at all. If I don’t receive assistance soon, I will take further action by exercising my rights and filing a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Board, and I may even escalate the matter to court, backed by the evidence I have gathered.
