Aras Kargo Lost Our Laboratory Samples and Has Not Responded for Over a Month
On September 17, 2025, we sent laboratory samples from the Mersin Mezitli branch to the Istanbul Ortadağ branch through our company account, using the tracking number 5197681115569. The products were in plastic bottles, and the invoice amount was approximately ₺20,000. However, our package was lost in Aras Cargo's distribution area. Following the loss, we contacted both the relevant branches and head office customer service numerous times, registering complaints and objections. However, we only received a "we will investigate" response, and more than a month later, we have received no response. The loss of our products has caused both our customer and our company a hardship. We demand that our package be found as soon as possible and that our grievance be resolved.
There is no solution at all, you neither found the lost package nor compensated for the damage. As always, you are trying to close the issue with a sentence like 'we are looking into it.' There is no option left other than going to court. I recommend everyone here to be careful when choosing a shipping company. Just look at the number of complaints and you will understand the situation. They can lose a very important, very vital package of yours, and afterwards, they take no responsibility. You will have to go to court like us.
