Does Aptamil Send Out Fake Formula?

I've been giving my baby Aptamil Prospaneo 1 for a few months now. I noticed something scary today. The original formula should have an 'R' on the label, but the ones I've been buying all have a 'TM' on them. I'm very worried that I may have been giving my baby fake formula for months without knowing it. I'm determined to do something about it, and I'll file complaints everywhere I need to and, if I have to, a police report! Finding out that I might have used a fake product on my baby without knowing it is very upsetting. Our children's safety and well-being are the most important things, so I hope this problem is solved quickly to stop any harm.
