At the Apple Store in Zorlu Center, Istanbul, I experienced a shocking and unacceptable incident. A physically large man, accompanied by his companions, decided to cut in front of the queue, despite originally being at the end of the line. When I asked them to return to their rightful place, the largest individual, seemingly the "leader" of the group, immediately resorted to verbal and physical threats.
He explicitly said, "I will crush you if you don't shu* the hell up, los**!" while grabbing my forearm with one hand and my collar with the other. I called the store's so-called "security" to report the incident and file a complaint. However, instead of addressing the issue or taking any action against the aggressor, the security team shockingly sided with him. Right there in front of the bully, they forced me to leave the store!
To make matters worse, no one in the store, including other security guards or customers, intervened or offered help. Everyone simply stood by and watched. This lack of action and accountability is appalling. Apple Store, I demand an explanation for this unacceptable treatment and your failure to protect customers from such intimidation.
