iPad Mini 6 Not Supporting 5G or 60 FPS Despite Strong Internet Connection

I recently purchased the iPad Mini 6 (A2562 model) and have been experiencing serious issues with its performance. Despite having the best internet available in my apartment and a device that should support 5G, I can’t get 5G connectivity on the iPad. Moreover, while playing games, I’m not even reaching 60 FPS, which is extremely frustrating for a brand-new tablet. I expected much better performance from this device, especially given the price and the specs it claims to have. I need Apple to resolve this issue quickly because I bought this iPad specifically for its supposed high performance, and it’s not delivering. Please provide a solution for the 5G and FPS problems immediately.
