Apple's Irresponsibility and Desire To Cause Different Grievances


I ordered 2 iPad Pros from Apple. Order numbers are W1099877614 and W1403314140. I requested a refund for order number W1403314140 before it arrived at my door. My other product, W1099877614, was also returned due to the irresponsibility of the cargo company and Apple's failure to follow up. Since I am in the middle of a project, this is quite urgent. While the normal delivery process usually takes 2 days, I'll have to wait approximately 10-15 days during this process. I feel like I've been put in a tough spot due to these issues. Now, they've informed me that if I reorder, they will give me a discount on a different order, like a case, for example. However, they haven't disclosed the amount of the discount, and I'll only find out after making the order. Instead of addressing my concerns, it seems they are creating more problems. I request a resolution for the urgency of my iPad and the grievances I've encountered. I don't want to be forced to buy another product with a discount on the last one I ordered.
