I'm really upset! I bought a 20W power adapter and cable on Friday, October 20, 2023. I received the product on October 23, 2023, and I paid a total of 979 TL for it. I thought it was a new product. But when I opened the box, I realized it was fake (because the cable was way thicker), and Apple confirmed it when I asked them. I want my money back for the product. If not, I'll have to report my concerns to the appropriate authorities. Order number: 37083408.
