Apple Refused to Repair My iPad Air 4 After It Stopped Working Unexpectedly

November 1, 2024 2:28 AM51

My Apple iPad Air 4th Generation unexpectedly shut down and never turned back on, despite being only two years old. I took it immediately to the authorized service center at Zorlu Center, where the Apple employees informed me that “your product has expired and won’t turn on again,” suggesting I buy a new iPad. When I questioned how it could stop working after only two years, I was given the response that "technological products are like human lives; you never know when they’ll expire.” I find this explanation unacceptable, and I hope that senior Apple executives will address this unprofessional handling and resolve my issue promptly.
