Apple iPhone X was locked and Apple refused support

My infant has repeatedly entered the incorrect password by pressing the keys on my Apple iPhone X, resulting in the "iPhone Off" message. I contacted Apple Support in order to reactivate my phone, but they informed me that I cannot do so without erasing the information stored on it. No iCloud backup was also available. All of my data and my child's memories are stored on my phone, but I was unable to access them without erasing my data. Apple's decision to close this issue without a resolution is unfair. I am awaiting an answer.
