Apple MacBook M3 Pro Screen Crack Appears Without Any Physical Damage

I have been dealing with a crack in the internal screen of my Apple MacBook M3 Pro for approximately 3 to 5 months, even though the device has not been subjected to any impact, drop, or physical damage. There are no visible signs of impact or collision on the outside of the screen, yet a crack formed within the internal display.
I contacted Apple Support and an authorized service provider about this issue, and after their inspection, they said the problem was caused by user error. However, despite the fact that there is not even the slightest visible sign of impact on the screen, I was asked to pay $972 for a screen replacement. The case was recorded under incident ID 102697390375. As a user who has handled the device carefully, I do not accept this being classified as user error when there is no visible physical damage, and for that reason I refused to pay the proposed repair fee.
I request that Apple re-examine this screen crack issue, conduct a more thorough technical inspection, and repair my device’s screen free of charge under warranty.
